- Attendance, billing, and waiver records for active members
- Digital waiver signatures (typed name and timestamp)

- AI chat conversations if you use the online chat feature
How we use information
We use your information to operate classes, process memberships, send service-related communications, and improve our programs. Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed via the member portal or the unsubscribe link in any email.

Data is stored securely via Matzop and its infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) in the United States. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Analytics and marketing cookies (if enabled) only load after you provide consent.
Children's privacy
If you are a parent or guardian enrolling a minor (under 13), we require your consent before collecting their information. A signed waiver from a parent or guardian is required for all minors. Parents may contact us to review, correct, or delete their child's information.
