Our practices
Matzop does not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Analytics and marketing pixels (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) on gym public websites only load after a visitor provides explicit consent via our cookie banner.
Your rights
As a California resident, you may:
- Request to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
How to submit a request
Email privacy@matzop.comwith the subject line "CCPA Request" and include your name and email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
