By using the ECMMA & Fitness of Syosset website and member services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before participating in classes or purchasing memberships.
Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select. Recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel your membership, contact ECMMA & Fitness of Syosset staff in person. Matzop does not process gym membership cancellations. You may pause billing through the member portal when the gym enables that option. Staff-processed cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period unless the gym tells you otherwise.
Martial arts training involves physical contact and inherent risk of injury. You must sign our liability waiver before participating. Minors require a parent or guardian signature.
Members are expected to treat coaches and fellow students with respect, follow gym rules, and maintain good hygiene. The gym reserves the right to suspend membership for violations.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Platform infrastructure is provided by Matzop; see the Matzop Privacy Policy for platform-level details.
