ECMMA & Fitness of Syosset offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, nogi grappling, and MMA striking for kids and adults. Train in a supportive academy environment with programs for every skill level. Public hours: Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Sat 9:30 AM–1:00 PM, Sun closed (public listing for 567 Jericho Turnpike).
Who trains here
Beginners, returning athletes, and families. You do not need experience. Fundamentals and all-levels classes give everyone a place to start.
Your first class
Arrive a few minutes early. Bring water and athletic clothes. The front desk will point you to the right class and any gear you need.

Common questions
Do I need experience to start?+
No. Fundamentals classes are built for beginners. Wear comfortable athletic clothes for your first visit.
How do I book a trial class?+
Use the Trial page to reserve a free intro, or contact the academy and we will get you on the mat.
What should I bring?+
Water, a towel, and athletic clothes. Gis, gloves, and other gear are available through the academy shop.
Do you have classes for kids?+
Yes. Kids and teen programs focus on confidence, respect, and technique in an age-appropriate room.
